For future reference (but not a future price guarantee), rents typically range from $1,550 and up per month, plus all utilities. It is your responsibility to contract & pay for utilities directly with each supplier (e.g., gas, electric, water/sewer, and trash removal). We provide for the snow removal in the winter and grass cutting during the warmer months.


THE Townhouse has an application process that includes verification of items claimed on the application, along with a comprehensive background check (criminal and credit). When you sign a lease, you will pre-pay your first-months rent and a security deposit of at least 1-month's rent. The townhomes are non-smoking and no pets. Lastly, each unit gets two extra-wide outdoor parking spaces. Here, there are no garages nor carports to block your views of nature!
